Although I haven’t visited Playa del Carmen, my experiences in nearby Cancun have left me incredibly excited about exploring this potential second home for my family.
The Yucatan’s white sand beaches and warm turquoise waters are a dream come true, and the cultural richness of Mexico has always resonated with me. I’m particularly looking forward to diving into the local lifestyle – savoring the food, participating in community events, and hopefully making some local friends. And let’s not forget the practical aspects: the proximity to Los Angeles makes it a convenient option for us.
